Graffiti its a type of art and non verbal comunication that people use to express their ideas. In some countries like Colombia, Honduras and Brazil people tend to express ideas and feelings about politicals problems like terrorism and social problems like inequility, but in these pleaces graffiti its illegal so people have to hide their identity. In others countries like Argentina graffiti art its more free, in this pleace yo can paint if you have the tools and the permission from the owner of the wall.

In my opinion graffiti its a good way to express ideas because people can paint everything they think about any problem instead create a war or a fight in the sreets. The only thing I think a person who wants to paint a graffiti should do is ask the owner of the wall to let him paint the wall.

cultural appropriation of another subculture

In this opportunity, I will talk about the cultural appropriation from Thai men to Mexican gangster subculture. This is a clear example of what is a cultural appropriation, because Thai men took only just a few aspects from Mexican subculture, like the clothes, tattoos and the way they hang out. However create problems for Thai is not part of the subculture, they said the like the subculture because the clothes is really fresh and easy to wear, also they love hip-hop music like the Mexican subculture.

For me, Thai men who like the Mexican gangster subculture just took the good things about that, because they don’t do anything bad as staring fights. On the contrary they mentioned the fact of being in a brotherhood where everyone feels in confidence. In conclusion cultural appropriation for me is a very good way to enrich the culture or subculture, but keeping original features.

Racism

In recent days i saw different videos about racism. I think racism is the most cruel practice around the world. We can see how black people is trate just for they skin color, thats so evil, because, what is the problem about that? If they has another skin color thats not mean they are bad o less than the other people. In many countries like Colombia black people don't have jobs, schools for they children, medical services and even citizenship. What suprises me most of all this is that we are in the XXI century and all these problems don't change. So, when we do something to end this situation? I think we have to act now, we can't wait for someone elso to do it.

I’m a psychologist student at the Universidad del norte, in Barranquilla, Atlántico, in Colombia.  My passions are read novels, write my thoughts, and listen music. At the begging was really difficult leave my family in Cartagena, but, was for a good reason.   Some people said that I’m a cold person and I don’t have feelings, but, actually I’m very emotional, just I don’t like to express my emotions in front of people. However, I have a lot of friends and I love them. I try to live everyday like it was the last.
